The AngelSense device is far less invasive than that of a cell phone, which can record audio and video and can call out to any number. The AngelSense device does not have the ability to record audio, record video, or call out. Also, since the device is secured inside of the clothing, voice quality is limited and not effective for eavesdropping.
Parents are advised to use the device according to their state law.
