Primary Guardians
Initially, the Primary Guardian is the person who purchased and it is associated with the email address used to purchase. There can be as many Primary Guardians as you wish. To add others to be Primary Guardians, please see this FAQ: Adding Primary Guardians.
Primary Guardians can:
- Can Edit boundaries and name locations
- Access to “My Account” in the Menu for Payment & Billing
- Add new users (Guardians)
- Add First Responders
- Authorize numbers for Calling Device
- Update School Schedule
- Update Settings for Device and Angel (Angel name, activate devices, etc…)
- Update personal information (name, phone number)
- Update information for other Guardians and First Responders (name, phone number, access)
- Update personal Notification preferences (text and/or email, reminders)
Secondary Guardians can:
- Can Edit boundaries and name locations
- Can Add First Responders
- Update information for First Responders (name, phone number, access)
- Update personal information (name, phone number)
- Update personal Notification preferences (text and/or email, reminders)
